Biography:

Dr. Grace Cho is a Professor in the Department of Secondary Education. As a former LAUSD teacher, her teaching and research focus on preparing culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Dr. Cho’s research includes bilingual education, heritage language development, cultural diversity and teacher education. She earned her Ph.D. in Education, specializing in Language, Literacy & Learning, from the University of Southern California. She has also provided key leadership in developing the Korean, Mandarin & Vietnamese bilingual authorization programs and a study abroad program.
