Biography:
Edward Fink joined the College of Communications faculty at Cal State Fullerton in 1990, advancing through the ranks to full professor in 2006. He was the lead author for the proposals that launched the bachelor's degree in, and department of, Radio-TV-Film in 2001, renamed Cinema and Television Arts in 2016. He served as the inaugural chair of that department, and he also held positions as the director of the Faculty Development Center, the interim associate dean of the College of Communications, and interim dean of that college. He has authored and co-authored four textbooks on television production, video production, screenwriting, and electronic media. He has published in a variety of journals and presented at a number of conferences.
