Biography:
Jenny Zhang is the associate dean for College of Business and Economics at California State Fullerton. As the associate dean, Zhang oversees undergraduate programs and student success in the college including curriculum development, assessment, student success initiatives, and class schedules. She also oversees student support areas like the Business Advising Center and the Business Careers program. She works together with faculty and staff in the college for all college student success initiatives. Zhang also serves as the director for the fully online business degree completion program, and she led the effort to create and start the program in 2012. Zhang joined CSUF in 2004 in the Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences, and teaches classes in information systems both at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Zhang earned an undergraduate degree in electric engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, and a Master's degree and Ph.D. in information systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Her research areas are in human computer interactions, online education and student success.
