Biography:

Academic degrees: B.A. English literature CSULB 1970 M.S.W. CSULB 1993 Ph.D. Social Work USC 1996 Between the B.A. and M.S.W., he spent 17 years as vice president of an investor-owned health care company, American Medical International.
