Biography:
Mehrnoosh Reshadi earned her Ph.D. in marketing from Texas Tech University. Prior to her Ph.D., she obtained her Global MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her B.A. in finance from the University of Tehran.
Mehrnoosh’s research and expertise broadly focus on the intersection of technology and marketing or human-computer interactions.
She researches the implications of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), smart products, synthetic media, virtual influencers, metaverse and virtual worlds, avatars, augmented reality, virtual reality, human-augmentation technologies, and wearable robotics for diverse stakeholders, including consumers, corporations, governments, advertisers, and brands.
She also addresses how these technologies can be used in a socially responsible and/or ethical manner by corporations and consumers that can enhance individual and societal well-being in our increasingly technology-integrated society.
